Cooling-off period
Take a break from 1 day to 6 weeks. During a cooling-off period your account remains open but you cannot deposit or place bets. The period cannot be shortened once activated. Pending withdrawals are processed normally.
Self-exclusion
Block access to your account for 6 months, 1 year, 3 years or permanently. Self-exclusion cannot be reversed before the period expires — not by you and not by support. Account balance is withdrawn to your registered mobile money number before exclusion activates.
Loss limits
Set a maximum net loss per day, week or month in TSh. When the limit is reached all betting and casino access is suspended for the remainder of the period. Reductions apply immediately.
Account closure
You can close your account permanently at any time by emailing support@sokabet-tanzania.com. Balance is paid out to your registered mobile money number within 15 minutes of KYC-verified closure request processing.
